What we collect, why we collect it, and the controls you have over it. We've run a privacy-first hosting service for over a decade — this page explains how that works in practice.

This Privacy Policy explains how Frantech Solutions, operating as BuyVM, a division of Cloudzy ("BuyVM", "we", "us"), handles personal information when you visit our website, create an account or use our services. We collect only what we need to run our business and serve you, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We collect the following categories of information:
We use the information we collect to provide and maintain your services, process payments and renewals, respond to support requests, detect and prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and send service-related notices such as maintenance announcements and billing reminders. We may use aggregated, non-identifying data to understand usage trends and improve our products.
Our website uses a small number of cookies that are necessary for core functionality, such as keeping you signed in to the client area. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or sell your browsing behaviour. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality.
We share personal information only where necessary, and never for sale. This includes trusted payment processors (for example, card and PayPal providers) who handle transactions on our behalf, and service providers who help us operate the business under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where required to comply with valid legal process, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety and security of BuyVM, our customers and the public.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting and fraud-prevention requirements. Operational logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls and the option of two-factor authentication on your account. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to keep your own credentials safe.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, export, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Customers covered by the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), among other laws, can exercise these rights at no charge. To make a request, open a ticket in the client area or reach us via our contact page; we will verify your identity before acting on the request.
BuyVM operates datacenters in the United States and the European Union, and our staff and vendors may be located in other countries. As a result, your information may be processed and stored outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal data.
We have accepted cryptocurrency for years as part of our privacy-first approach. When you pay with crypto, we collect only the minimum information needed to provision and support your service — we do not require the same depth of billing detail as a card payment. Note that public blockchains are inherently transparent; transaction records you make on-chain are outside our control.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the client area or by email, and your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
For any privacy questions or requests, contact us through the client area or our contact page. We aim to respond to every privacy enquiry promptly.
