The agreement between you and Frantech Solutions covering how BuyVM services are sold, billed, supported and — if it ever comes to that — suspended. Plain language, no traps.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "the customer") and Frantech Solutions, operating as BuyVM, a division of Cloudzy ("BuyVM", "we", "us"). By ordering, accessing or using any BuyVM product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not order or use our services.
BuyVM provides hardware-virtualized (KVM) virtual private servers, block storage, DDoS filtering, anycast networking and related infrastructure services. Each service is delivered on a self-managed, unmanaged basis unless a managed add-on is explicitly purchased — meaning you are responsible for the operating system, applications and data running on your service.
We may add, modify or discontinue individual features, plans or locations over time. Where a change materially reduces a service you have already paid for, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you in advance.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account, and keep that information up to date. Accounts that supply false, incomplete or misleading details may be suspended or terminated.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by anyone you authorise. Keep your password and any API credentials confidential, enable two-factor authentication where available, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Services are offered on recurring monthly or annual terms and are billed in advance. Invoices are generated automatically before each renewal date, and services renew for the same term unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time directly from the Stallion control panel or your billing area — there are no cancellation fees, retention calls or win-back hurdles.
New orders are covered by a 72-hour money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within 72 hours of your first order of a given service, contact us for a full refund of that service. Outside of this window, fees already paid are generally non-refundable, though we may, at our discretion, issue a pro-rata credit toward future services in limited circumstances.
Payments made by cryptocurrency are non-refundable. Where a refund of a crypto payment is approved at our discretion, it may be issued as account credit rather than a return of funds. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase. Non-payment of an invoice may result in suspension and, ultimately, termination and data deletion as described below.
We target a 99.9% network availability SLA, measured monthly and excluding scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, and factors outside our reasonable control (such as upstream provider outages, denial-of-service attacks, or your own configuration). Planned maintenance is announced in advance through the client area and network status channels wherever practical.
If your service falls short of the network SLA in a given month, you may request a service credit by opening a support ticket within seven days of the incident. Credits are applied to your account, are the sole remedy for downtime, and do not entitle you to a cash refund.
Your use of BuyVM services is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The AUP describes prohibited activities, fair-share resource expectations and how we handle abuse. Violating the AUP is a breach of these Terms and may lead to suspension or termination.
We may suspend or terminate a service for non-payment, breach of these Terms or the AUP, suspected fraud, or where continued operation poses a risk to our network, infrastructure or other customers. Where time and circumstances allow, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue; for urgent threats (such as active attacks or clear illegality) we may act immediately.
You may terminate your services at any time via the panel or billing area. Following termination — whether by you or by us — your service and its data may be permanently deleted. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data you wish to retain.
BuyVM services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frantech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of or relating to the services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the affected service during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, the law or our business practices. The "Last updated" date above indicates when the current version took effect. Material changes will be communicated through the client area or by email. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
